What ingredients are used in Natural Cosmetics?

When you use a certain cosmetic products you should know of what ingredient they are made up of. We should be use that the ingredient uses are safe and they will not harm you in the long run.

It should be so simply mentioned on the packet of the product that if you ue those ingredient you may be able to make your own makeup.

Natural ingredients are used for 2 purposes:

1. For Skin Care

• Vegetarian glycerine. Used in natural soaps. Locks moisture into the skin.
• Corn meal and oats- gentle exfoliates.
• Essential oils – rosymery, zozoba, lavandar for healing properties and fragrance
• Tomato-balances the ph of the skin
• Cocoa butter- an exceptional moisteriror, it also helps to suit damage skin.
• Baking soda-cleanses skin and hair
• Sage-a herb with antioxidant properties
• Zinc oxide- acts as a highly effective barrer against the sun
• Camphor-colant with healing properties for the skin.
• Aloe vera heals and suits. Acnes on the skin
• Turmeric keeps the skin smooth and rids it off dark spot
• Vinegar closes pores, keep clean soft.
• Purify water- a large part of many natural products
• Lemon- Good for oily skin
• Extracts of fruits and flowers-benefits your skin in 100 of ways- details may be found online

Natural cosmetics ingredients used for skin care are distinct from the one’s used in hair care products. This list is not comprehensive. You can always research for more ingredients yourself.

2. Hair Care Products:

• Coconut oil – good for dry and damaged hair
• Avocado – Great for dandruff
• Rosemary – regulates oily hair
• Panthenol – vitamin and conditioner
• Nettles-for soft and shinny hair
• Lanolin – strengthens hair.
