It is virtually impossible to meet a little girl that does not love tutu dresses. These special dresses are so unique in appeal and appearance, and can even be worn by little flower girls to amp up the romance aspect of weddings; brides may wear mermaid wedding dresses.
These dresses can be custom-made to fit your needs, and this will mostly depend on what event the tutu dress will be worn to. These come in a variety of colors, and they also vary in price, depending on the materials. Naturally, designer-made tutus will cost much more than basic $2.50 tutu skirts and dresses. Keep in mind that in spending that little bit of money on a tutu dress, this money is not wasted because this tutu dress can be worn to just about any event – Christmas, dress up birthday parties, Halloween and even perhaps on Independence Day.
A tutu dress can have a ‘designer’ appeal, especially when it is paired with a pair of fairy wings, or a fairy wand with the tip in the shape of a star, studded with glitters and other shiny ornaments. Likewise, headbands can be worn to complement these dresses. A basic headband can be used and decorated with faux fur and some glitters and shiny faux diamond stones. Consider tiaras, crowns that are made of flowers, as well as other accessories like bracelets. Short and classic are not the only styles tutus come in. There are some styles that look way more than “basic”, such as ones with satin ribbons on them, as well as a halter neck. These are sure to make any little ballerina stand out, in any dress up party.
Your little girl might also want to wear tutu dresses to dance competitions. For this, you might want to find a tutu dress with some rhinestones on them, to complement the appeal of the dress for her presentation.
