It is a general consensus that rings are a great gift for your spouse or girlfriend. The question is, which ring is right for her? There are several different factors which may contribute to choosing the perfect ring.
One of these factors would be the overall personality of your girlfriend or spouse. For the kind of girl who is outgoing and likes to have a good time, then choose a bright colored ring like white, clear, yellow, red, gemstone rings; or for the more shy, quiet girls, a darker, more subdued color would be more appropriate, such as dark blue, black, or chocolate diamonds.
Another factor could be their birthstone. Depending on what month she is born in depends on what type of stone you would get. For example, girls born in March would be best suited with aquamarine rings.
The color of your girlfriend’s or spouse’s eyes may also be a factor. Girls love it when their jewelry compliments their eyes. So if your girl has brown or green eyes, chocolate diamonds are usually best suited. However, for blue eyes either turquoise or even aquamarine work well. Another thing to possibly look to would be their hair. Try to determine which color of stone would best match your girl’s hair color. This is not typically a hard task to do. All that is needed is to picture how she would look wearing the piece of jewelry and determine if it would be a good match.
The size of the stone is always a great thing to consider as well. If you are on a budget then you may want to select a smaller stone that is still large enough to dazzle. A lot of times, the type of stone determines the price of the ring, so be sure of what stone you are going to purchase in order to be sure of the price.
