Its a question I do get asked from time to time and it does depend on how you are working out and what you are trying to achieve with your workouts, now personally when I workout I am trying to gain muscle mass so I use a blend of High qualtiy Whey protein powder and I also like to use creatine tablets and Nitric oxide powder as well as I feel this combination gives me good size results and enables me to work out for longer and harder. If you are trying to lose wieght you will always benefit from using fat strippers, these usually come in tablet form and speed up your metabolism so that when your training your cardio hard the fat gets burned a lot quicker than normally.

If your just trying to get fit then you can do that without the need for any supplement as simply training cardio for a few weeks will increase your fitness alone so the need for supplements is simply not there. Building muscle mass is definatly where the supllements come into their own, but unfortunalty you are going to need to try quite a few before you get the right mix of supplements that provide the right type of results for you. If this is what you are doing then buy the best protein powder you can possibly afford as this is usually the best for you as it comes with extras like caffeiene and creatine, after that if its size your after then perhaps a good nitric oxide tablet or powder would be good to combine as this helps the blood flow when working out and can also bring water content to your muscles making you look bigger within a week or two, the main thing you need to do is look at the supplements carefully and do some informed research before making a decision, then try it for about 3-4 weeks and see how you go. Now im off to research the benefits of kegel exercises for men.
